Blessing Sheaths are sheaths that usually have limited uses either by charges of per day. Once a blessing sheath runs out of charges, a merchant offering recharging services can in most cases refill them. Ones that are self charging per day usually have anywhere between 3 to 8 uses per day, giving 50 swings of bless to the weapon inside. The normal activator for a blessing sheath is RUB.
