Cover Story - Is Elanthia Falling to Darkness?
Reports are flooding in all over Elanthia of dark events happening in all corners of the continent. The sacrifice of a dockhand in Wehnimer's Landing was just one of such dastardly deeds, marking the arrival of markings that indicate Mularos, the Pain Lord, may be involved according to locals. In Ta'Illistim, scholars are still missing from their expedition near the city and though the search is continuing, the prospects look grim. Finally, reports from the wilderness of River's Rest indicate a local adventurer was overtaken by cultists and sacrificed in the name of a dark Lord not yet named. Many locals believe it to be Sheruvian in nature as the jackals have been everpresent in the city for weeks. Whether it is Sheru or not, however, it does seem to be a regular occurance around Elanthia to find sacrifices in the name of one dark Lord or another.
These dark happenings seem to be on the uprise and this writer would not be surprised should other cities start reporting sacrifices found in their own dark alleys and harbors. All of which lead to the question of the day, which is, is Elanthia falling to darkness?
