A brief incident to report.

The evening of February 13, the Widow Weepy arrived in town center in Icemule to do some work. As she did so, a shadow separated form the doll under the bench and darted right for her. She began to twitch oddly and pointed to the people who had gathered. She said, "You are never safe underneath the light of the Crimson Moon!" and cackled before the shadow left.

Weepy seemed not to notice what had happened, and thought us daft at first until Shilarra's body twitched for a moment before she straightened up once more, revealing the now-familiar jackal candle votive. Under the crimson moon, the eyes of the jackal candle shone red, and the scent of blood drifted in the air.

Several people were startled and disturbed, even more so when a canine shadow formed behind Weepy and silently howled. At that, the widow and everyone left to go indoors and hopefully to safety.

Nilandia notified Beinion and Jaired of the occurrence, and they arrived to investigate what happened. Beinion began to pray to Koar, and received two visions as the candle began to fade.

A single imagine flickers in your mind. A golden crown is adorned by a male figure so powerful your mind aches at the thought of taking in its image. The man claps, and your mind turns black.
Under the faith provided, the candle's flame begins to flicker and weaken.
A firm, calm voice whispers in your ear, "Be the light they cannot handle. Snuff Lornon's efforts to claim this world. Extinguish the light.", before fading to nothingness.
As Beinion's fingers pinch the flame, the votive melts and dissipates, leaving a tallow stain and nothing else.

Nilandia also prayed, but received no visions or guidance, aside from seeing the candle fade and Beinion extinguish it. Jaired was also there in case something else would happen, but thankfully all was quiet.
