Background and History
The Beginning[]
Born on Volnes, the 16th day of Charlatos, in the year 5097 to Arthien Varathir Illistim and Aegonia Arthien Varathir Illistim, her father a captain in the Sapphire guard for the Argent Mirror her mother a well renowned empath in the Argent Mirror's court.
Miaya's early days were spent in rebellion from the start, she was rebellious joining the elven guard to serve her 100 years as a child of 50, her parents where aghast, yet her grandpere and grandmere where always supportive of her choices as elven children do tend to be headstrong. Her grandparents always indulged her in whatever desires she had, so when she announced that she would be studying the magic arts her parents practically disowned her. The fights they had where horrific, leading her mother to take a sabbatical from the Mirror's court as Mia disgraced her in her eyes by not following in the healing arts.
Miaya's father was more tolerant of her behavior and her choices, he had indulged her when she joined the guard, never admitting to her mother how proud he was of her, but he loved his wife very much and did not want to cause friction. He was torn between the daughter he loved and the wife he adored. Hence he asked his parents to take over rearing Miaya into early adulthood.
